Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Cleaning. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our cleaning services, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure that all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of cleaning services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring that they are in good working order and that stock levels are adequate.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that cleaning services are integrated with other business operations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleaning standards and provide feedback to the cleaning team.
- Develop and implement health and safety procedures to ensure that the cleaning team is aware of and adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, rotas, and quality control checks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
- High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations.
