Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Cleaning. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our cleaning services, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and materials are properly maintained and stored.
- Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to cleaning services.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Train and coach cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure that all cleaning staff are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and report any accidents or incidents related to cleaning services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to train and coach staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and may be required to work at multiple sites.
