Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Volvo Car UK. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to customers' concerns and working with technicians to resolve issues.
- Consult with technicians to determine the best course of action for repairs and maintenance.
- Estimate repair costs and timeframes, and communicate this information to customers.
- Liaise with customers to schedule service appointments and ensure that their vehicles are serviced promptly.
- Upsell and finalize invoices on completion of work.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- IT literacy and a working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.
