Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Glendale. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of programmed maintenance, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of programmed maintenance.
  • Operating and ensuring others operate company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment with care, and that daily checks and routine servicing are carried out and properly recorded.
Requirements:
  • Ideal candidate will be qualified in horticulture with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • A confident person with good people management skills.
  • Full, clean driving license and ability to tow.
