About the Role

Coworth Park is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Banqueting Porter to join our team. As a Banqueting Porter, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of banqueting and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver banqueting and event supplies to various event spaces as directed by the supervisor.
  • Assist with the setup and takedown of events, including moving tables and chairs, clearing crockery, and delivering food and beverages.
  • Support In-Room Dining orders to ensure guests receive an exceptional experience.
  • Show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guest special requests and challenges.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with a customer service ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • English language proficiency.
