About the Role
Coworth Park is seeking a skilled Banqueting Porter to join our team. As a Banqueting Porter, you will be responsible for delivering banqueting and event supplies to various event spaces, ensuring that all event stores are well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver banqueting and event supplies to event spaces as directed by the supervisor.
- Assist with the setup and takedown of events, including moving tables and chairs, clearing crockery, and delivering food and beverage.
- Support In-Room Dining orders to ensure guests receive an exceptional experience.
- Show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guest special requests and challenges.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a customer service ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel, and you should be able to communicate comfortably in this language.
