About the Role

Coworth Park is seeking a skilled Banqueting Porter to join our team. As a Banqueting Porter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by providing banqueting and event supplies to various event spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver banqueting and event supplies to event spaces as directed by the supervisor.
  • Assist with the setup and takedown of events, including moving tables and chairs, clearing crockery, and delivering food and beverages.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their experience is nothing but the best.
  • Show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guest special requests and challenges.

  • Strong communication skills with a customer service ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
