About the Role
Coworth Park is seeking a skilled Banqueting Porter to join our team. As a Banqueting Porter, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests by providing banqueting and event supplies, setting up and taking down events, and assisting with In-Room Dining orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver banqueting and event supplies to event spaces as directed by the supervisor and maintain event stores.
- Assist with the set up and take down of events, including moving tables and chairs, clearing crockery, and delivering food and beverage.
- Support In-Room Dining orders to ensure our guests receive an exceptional experience.
- Show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests' special requests and challenges.
Requirements

- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You must be able to communicate comfortably in this language.
