Learning Support Specialist in Richmond

About the Role:The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping students reach their full potential. This involves assisting with classroom activities, working one-on-one or in small groups with students who need additional help, and contributing to creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Additional responsibilities may include supporting students with special educational needs, preparing teaching materials, and helping to manage classroom behavior.

Requirements:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about education and enjoys working with children. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work as part of a team are key qualities for this role. A willingness to adapt to the needs of the students and support the wider school community is highly valued.
