The successful candidate will work as part of Sanctuary Personnel Ltd's Adolescent Safeguarding Team in Guildford, Surrey. This role involves managing complex social work cases and promoting independence and safety for vulnerable individuals.
About You- A competitive salary of up to £45,519 per annum reflects the skills and experience required for this role.
- You will be based in Guildford, working full-time to provide essential services to children and families.
- You will manage individual, children, carer, and family cases, using professional judgment to make decisions.
- Undertake safeguarding assessments and planning in complex cases, demonstrating expertise in this area.
- Lead practice development, promoting a learning culture within the team.
- Provide formal professional reflective supervision and guidance to colleagues.
