About the Role

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our team at LiveWest. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contractors deliver work in accordance with contractual agreements.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality and compliance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all contractors are compliant with contractual agreements, achieving value for money on all orders placed.
  • Monitor KPI performance and contribute to regular review meetings with contractors.
  • Meet onsite to agree specification with contractors and monitor work in progress.
  • Assist with specifications to ensure they are fit for purpose, working closely with the Repairs team, Regional Building Surveyors, and Customer Services.
  • Support the Service Improvement team in resolving issues in a timely manner.
About Our Benefits
