Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the delivery of individualized patient care, ensuring the highest standards of dignity and respect.
- Perform a range of manual and clerical duties, including administrative tasks and data entry.
- Support registered nurses in the provision of a safe and caring environment, promoting patient well-being and comfort.
- Practice in accordance with Trust standards and statutory requirements, operating within the boundaries of the role and assessed competencies.
- Develop your skills and knowledge through further training and development opportunities, enhancing your career prospects within the Trust.
- Act as a role model for student nurses and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
We are looking for an individual who:
- Can demonstrate a strong ability to meet the Trust's Values, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Is willing to develop and work towards a new diploma Level 2 or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Has demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Has previous experience of team work, with a strong ability to work collaboratively and flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
