Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Manager Apprentice to join our team at Oxygen - Head Office. As a key member of our hospitality department, you will be responsible for developing, influencing, and empowering our park teams to deliver exceptional café experiences and party food that creates lifelong memories.

About the Role

  • This is a unique opportunity to develop your career in an exciting and fast-paced industry, earning while you learn and gaining the skills needed to become a world-class Hospitality Manager.
  • You will work closely with the Head of Hospitality to drive innovation and excellence across all aspects of our hospitality business, from supply chain to front-line service.
  • As a Hospitality Manager Apprentice, you will be responsible for developing brand standards, creating training programs, and improving our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • You will also support new site openings, ensure operational excellence across all sites, and contribute to the development of our hospitality strategy.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
