Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee ticket and hospitality inventory, ensuring systems are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Sales and Customer Service Support: Provide operational support to sales and customer service teams, including training on new processes and answering enquiries to enhance customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Experience in operations or project management, ideally within events, hospitality, or a related field, with a proven ability to coordinate logistics and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset, identifying issues and creating solutions that enhance efficiency and quality for Seat Unique and our partners.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools – experience using event ticketing platforms and customer relationship management tools is beneficial.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary, estimated around £45,000 per annum, reflecting the demands and expectations of this role in the London market.
