Job Title: Senior Regulatory Advice Manager

Location: Hybrid Remote

Broadgate is seeking a seasoned Senior Regulatory Advice Manager to lead the Regulatory Advice team within the Customer and Conduct division.

In this role, the manager will provide timely and expert regulatory guidance on daily operations and key initiatives, such as product launches and projects. A key focus will be on interpreting regulatory changes and supporting business areas in their implementation.

As an expert in UK regulation, the manager will ensure the team provides comprehensive advice across Broadgate's activities. Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Advice, the manager will contribute to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a framework to ensure Broadgate's compliance with regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on product developments and projects.
  • Drive governance effectiveness and support the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR).
  • Oversee and challenge risk management practices.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in the FCA Sourcebook and regulations.
  • Experience in General Insurance is essential.
  • Strong understanding of FCA priorities and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Regulatory qualifications preferred but not required.
