Job Title: Assets Operations Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assets Operations Officer to join our team at Ocorian Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients across various asset classes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of running global operations teams in asset servicing, preferably in the context of fund administration. You will be responsible for building and managing centralized global fund operations teams to deliver consistent services across FACTA/CRS filings, regulatory reporting, and cash management/payment processes.

You will also drive efficiency and automation through the deployment of innovative technology solutions in fund operations. Additionally, you will establish and oversee business controls processes across fund operations, fund accounting, investor services, and fund administration to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and ISAE 3402 certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage centralized global fund operations teams to deliver consistent services across FACTA/CRS filings, regulatory reporting, and cash management/payment processes.
  • Drive efficiency and automation through the deployment of innovative technology solutions in fund operations.
  • Establish and oversee business controls processes across fund operations, fund accounting, investor services, and fund administration to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and ISAE 3402 certification.
Requirements
  • Proven experience running global operations teams in asset servicing, preferably in the context of fund administration.
  • In-depth and practical knowledge of controls and operational risk frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
