About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Child Protection Team in West Wales. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional services to children and families in need.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with children and families, supporting colleagues across the county, and managing a caseload. Your primary objective will be to ensure the well-being and safety of vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities
• Working closely with children and families to identify and address their needs
• Collaborating with other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies
• Managing a caseload of complex cases requiring sensitive and nuanced approach

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong educational background in social work, with at least 12 months of relevant experience. You should also have a valid full driving license and a car (although consideration may be given to non-car drivers).

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
