A reputable charity based in West Wales is seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join their Child Protection Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with children and families, supporting social workers across the county, and managing a caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Working with Children and Families: Providing support and guidance to vulnerable children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Supporting Social Workers: Collaborating with social workers across the county to provide effective support and resources.
- Managing Caseload: Overseeing a caseload of complex cases, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources as needed.
- Car and Full Driving License: A valid driving license is essential for this role, as regular travel across the county is required.
- 12 Months Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of child protection principles and practices.
- Multidisciplinary Team: Working as part of a dynamic and supportive team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Stable Contract: Enjoy a stable and secure contract, providing peace of mind and financial stability.
- Immediate Start: We are looking for someone who can start immediately, so please ensure you are available to begin work as soon as possible.
