Project Manager - Service Improvement

Fruition IT is working with a leading public sector organisation in a period of growth. They are seeking a Project Manager with a broad background in Service Improvement / Optimisation to work on recovery planning and improve their services externally, as well as internal credibility.

This organisation values its staff and offers a true work/life balance. As a Project Manager, you will provide visible leadership and line management for the Project team, leading by example to evidence the organisational core values. You will be responsible for the overall integrity of the project plan, lead the project and project team through recognised project lifecycle phases, and develop and own the project budget in line with the business case.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing visible leadership and line management for the Project team
  • Leading the project and project team through recognised project lifecycle phases
  • Developing and owning the project budget in line with the business case
  • Staying abreast of best practice and ensuring continuous evaluation and improvement of their approach to project management

Requirements

Proven experience in a Project Management role
Working across business change / service improvement projects at scale
Project Management methodologies (Prince2, Agile etc)
