Job Summary:

Barnardo's Futures is seeking a dedicated Project Support Specialist to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will provide support and guidance to Care Experienced Young People aged 18-25 within supported living accommodation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advice and support across a wide range of issues, including accessing key services, housing, welfare benefits, health, education, and employment
• Work closely with partner agencies, such as Social Care, Housing Providers, and Job Centre
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless support for our service users

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a supporting role, preferably in the social care or youth work sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
