The role of a Strategic Sales Professional at FMC Talent involves driving patient care improvements in the UK's largest provider of hospital services to the NHS. As part of this dynamic sales team, you will play a key role in shaping industry relationships and engaging prospective clients to fuel growth.

**Job Description:**
• Enhance the company's strong reputation within the industry by building relationships with trusted contacts via calls and meetings to gather insights and assess client challenges.
• Effectively engage and qualify potential clients to maintain a robust sales pipeline, clearly and persuasively communicating our services to prospects.
• Keep thorough records, documentation, and analysis of leads in the CRM system, sharing targeted marketing materials with potential clients.
• Conduct market mapping to gain in-depth knowledge of your industry landscape, identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities within the client market.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive new business development efforts, focusing on competitive, ambitious, and results-focused candidates who thrive in a target-driven environment.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 6 months experience in a sales and/or recruitment environment with demonstrated success in effectively communicating a product/service and achieving measurable results.
• Skilled at building rapport with prospects and maintaining relationships to close deals, self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable suited for a dynamic scale-up setting.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to build trust with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Skilled at managing multiple high-pressure projects efficiently, ideally based in the North of England.
**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
