About the Job:

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of sales advisors and other support staff">
  • Driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction through effective merchandising, visual displays, and promotional activities">
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and safety across the store, including regular stockroom audits and maintenance checks">
  • Working closely with our HR and training teams to develop and implement training programs for our employees">

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £42,000 per annum (based on 39 hours/week), plus a range of benefits including a 5% annual bonus, up to £300 monthly gain share bonus, and an employer pension contribution of up to 10%.
