About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth in the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Inspection, and Rope Access services sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts for NDT, Inspection, and Specialist Access services, focusing on Offshore and Onshore markets within various sectors, including Oil and Gas (Upstream/Downstream), Power, and Petrochemical industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business strategy in line with revenue and profit margin targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, sourcing new business leads through networking, referrals, and direct engagement.
  • Manage accurate records of sales activities, from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing relevant CRM software.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, contributing to the development of educational programs for clients and staff.
  • Provide input and manage industry databases such as FPAL and Achilles.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar business development role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the test inspection and certification market.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with excellent numerical and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in non-Oil & Gas markets (e.g., renewables, aerospace, tank inspection).
Performance Management
  • Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Responsibilities:
  • Promote and maintain high HSEQ standards in line with company policies.
