Nursery Senior Practitioner

**Full Time Nursery Senior Practitioner**

**£500 New Start Bonus**

**We are currently considering different management structures. One option is to have 2 Nursery Seniors each with the remit of either under 3 yrs or 3-5 yrs. As part of the management team these Seniors would work closely with the Manager to support the staff in their age group team to develop their knowledge, skills and practice.**
- _ **4 days a week (36 hours) -**_8am to 6pm with 2 x 15 min breaks and half hour for lunch. Day off is flexible. (£2184 monthly before deductions)

**Rate of pay £14 hr (£16 for any hours worked over 36hrs a week)**

You will be someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and who is enthusiatic about developing your own practice and supporting others to do so.

**You must be qualified with an HNC or SVQ3 in Childcare and Education or an equivalent qualification. You must have a minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience**
