Role Overview:
We are recruiting for an Educational Assistant to work with SEN pupils in a special needs school. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of childcare and special education, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Position:
This is a temporary and long-term opportunity for a School Support Mentor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. The successful candidate will work closely with children with autism and social emotional and mental health needs, providing individualized support and helping them to achieve their full potential.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Provide one-to-one support to pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals
- Maintain accurate records and reports on pupil progress
