Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented School Administration Assistant to join our team at Heart of England Training. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our staff and stakeholders.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a School Administration Assistant to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with our admin team to ensure the smooth operation of our office, handling enquiries, managing records, and supporting the implementation of school policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to pupils, parents, staff, and the wider community via telephone or in-person enquiries
  • Manage and update school records and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Support the development and implementation of school policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure a seamless daily operation of the school office

Training and Qualifications

You will have the opportunity to work towards the Level 3 Business Administration Standard qualification, as well as developing your functional skills in Maths and English if required.

Career Progression

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme, you may be considered for a permanent position within our organisation.

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum
