We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of our financial team, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
  • Managing payroll for two entities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Performing daily bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records of cash flows.
  • Processing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Providing general accounting support, including assistance with budgeting and forecasting.

A salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum is expected for this role, depending on experience.

Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
