We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Delivery Manager to join our team at the Defence Infrastructure Organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are delivered successfully.
- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to deliver projects successfully.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and standards.
- Proven experience of managing projects from initiation to closure, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage project teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
