About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our Prezzo team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of chefs, ensuring that our high standards of food quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of chefs to achieve high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Assist the Head Chef in the development and implementation of menu plans and kitchen operations.
- Ensure that all kitchen staff are trained and equipped to meet the demands of the business.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts.
