Lead Our Kitchen Team

We're looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Prezzo, a leading restaurant chain known for its authentic Italian cuisine. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in leading our kitchen team, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared to our exacting standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and plating.
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef to develop menus and improve kitchen efficiency.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Work closely with our restaurant management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
