Job Overview:

We are a specialist dental recruitment agency providing locum (temp) dental nurses and hygienists to dental care providers across the north and midlands.

As a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our management team in developing our recruitment services, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Source and select candidates for dental nurse and hygienist positions
  2. Review and assess candidate CVs to ensure they meet the requirements of the role
  3. Ensure compliance processes are carried out on all applicants, including checking qualification certificates and submitting DBS check applications
  4. Organise locum dental nurses' weekly rotas and electronic timesheets using our online rota system and app
  5. Perform administrative duties such as data entry, organising electronic candidate files, and sending emails
  6. Provide excellent customer service by answering telephone enquiries and responding to client needs
  7. Contribute to Business Development initiatives to grow new business and expand our services
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
  3. High level of organisational and time management skills
  4. Accuracy and attention to detail in administrative tasks
  5. Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  6. GCSE or equivalent Maths and English at Grade 4 or above
  7. GCSE or equivalent in ICT at Grade 4 or above (Desired)
  8. Dental Nursing qualification or experience in dental nursing apprenticeship (Desired)
