This Level 3 Recruitment Consultant apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in recruitment, particularly within the dental industry. About the Apprenticeship

The apprenticeship is a 12-18 month program that combines on-the-job training with regular coaching sessions from a dedicated tutor. You will work towards achieving a nationally recognized qualification, gaining valuable skills and experience in the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and selecting candidates for vacant positions, using our online system to manage applicant profiles and track progress
  • Reviewing and shortlisting applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including DBS checks and right-to-work verification
  • Coordinating interviews and assessments, maintaining accurate records and reports, and communicating with clients and applicants effectively

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proactive and organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths at Grade 4 or above
  • Dental Nursing qualification or experience in dental nursing apprenticeship (desired)
