Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver shopping to customers' doors, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that all deliveries are made in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work as part of a supportive team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current driving licence, held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • A high level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift and carry heavy shopping bags.
