About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Administrator to join our team at Concorde BGW Ltd. As a key member of our FM team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the FM team, including preparing correspondence, updating client data, and producing reports.
- Manage and prioritize a busy workload, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Develop and maintain organized records and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required, contributing to the office's overall efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
- Proactive and motivated individual, with the ability to prioritize duties and work to deadlines.
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, with experience of using bespoke software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- At least 2 years' experience in office administration.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary up to £24,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
- 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays, and paid leave over the festive period.
