About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our Equities & Multi-Asset team as a Director of Asset Management. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and delivering top talent to our clients, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the Equities and Multi-Asset sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Lead a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our recruitment strategies remain effective and relevant.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the Equities and Multi-Asset sector.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A deep understanding of the Equities and Multi-Asset sector, including current trends and challenges.
