Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Air IT Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the executive team and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day generalist HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Work closely with the Project & Data Manager to coordinate data requirements and support business projects.
  • Lead the annual pay review and engagement survey processes.
  • Develop and implement change management programs to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Strong generalist HR knowledge, with a focus on employee relations and TUPE.
  • Proven experience in leading a team and driving business results.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment and find creative solutions to business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
