Salary:

£58,000 - £68,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

This senior leadership role involves developing and managing community-based services for children and young people with mental health needs. The successful applicant will have significant experience of working within children's mental health services, including performance management and performance appraisals. They will be accountable for ensuring the delivery of key performance requirements and the fidelity of the operational model.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience of all aspects of staff management.
  • Experience of service development and re-design.
