About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mental Health Therapist and Clinical Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the leadership of our programme, line manage and clinically supervise colleagues in the programme team. The ideal candidate will possess strong therapeutic skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • Current HCPC Registration or other equivalent professional body registration.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health profession, e.g., clinical or counselling psychology or CBT.
  • Significant experience of working with complex and vulnerable families in UK CAMHS, in the community, working therapeutically with individuals and groups presenting with a range of needs.
  • Ability to formulate and implement plans for therapeutic interventions with young people and families in line with research findings and evidence-based practice, across the full range of care settings.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
