Senior Sales Executive

Our client, a leading brewery group, is seeking an ambitious individual to join their team as a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening relationships with existing clients and driving sales of our exceptional beers. This role is ideal for someone with passion, drive, self-motivation, and a strong ambition to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a confident approach. They will also possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, along with a professional manner, are essential for this role.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, please apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers through various channels to generate interest and drive sales of our products.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain and update CRM and database systems with accurate and timely information.
- Understand and address customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop and nurture strong, trusting relationships with customers through transparent and engaging communication.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain organised records.
