Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Youth Services Specialist to join our team in the West Midlands region. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in daily life, including hobbies, social activities, and learning new skills.

About the Role:

  • Assist with morning routines, such as school preparation and breakfast.
  • Prepare evening meals and create a safe space for relaxation.
  • Help young people reach their potential and explore new opportunities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Working in a reflective manner, delivering relationship-based care within a small team.
  • Combining day, evening, night, weekend, and bank holiday shifts.
