Mid-Level Agile Coach - Digital Transformation in Retail Banking

Full-time | Contract | London | £500 p/day

Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Agile Coach to implement Agile methodologies across multiple teams developing new digital banking tools. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of a leading financial institution, enhancing customer experience through innovative mobile and online banking solutions.

Role Summary:

As an Agile Coach, you will be instrumental in training and guiding teams through Agile practices, ensuring that Agile principles are adhered to throughout the digital transformation project.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Work closely with project managers to integrate Agile practices into project delivery.
  • Resolve impediments and enhance team dynamics to achieve optimal performance.

Essential:

  • Strong experience in coaching and implementing Agile practices within technology-driven projects, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of various Agile frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and team facilitation skills.

Desirable:

  • Certified Scrum Master or similar Agile certifications.
  • Prior experience in digital transformation projects in the banking sector.
