Job Title: Agile Transformation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team at XL CATLIN. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving digital innovation and process improvement across our business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to drive digital transformation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, leveraging Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members on Agile principles and practices.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives.
