At Hireo, we are embarking on a groundbreaking digital transformation project in retail banking. We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead the implementation of Agile methodologies across multiple teams developing innovative digital banking tools. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of a leading financial institution, enhancing customer experience through cutting-edge mobile and online banking solutions.
Role Summary:
As an Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in training and guiding teams through Agile practices, ensuring that Agile principles are adhered to throughout the digital transformation project. Your role will support the development of a mobile banking application and enhancements to the online banking platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, promoting continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Work closely with project managers to integrate Agile practices into project delivery.
- Resolve impediments and enhance team dynamics to achieve optimal performance.
- Strong experience in coaching and implementing Agile practices within technology-driven projects, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of various Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and team facilitation skills.
- Certified Scrum Master or similar Agile certifications.
- Prior experience in digital transformation projects in the banking sector.
