Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide Teams to implement agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure goals are met.
  • Lead agile workshops for functional and development teams.
  • Promote continuous improvement while setting goals to reach milestones.

Requirements:

  • Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching.
  • Effectively communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and the overall operating model across the organization.
  • Keep an objective perspective on issues and troubleshoot by applying agile principles.
  • Experience working within the Pharma or CRO environment.
