As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy, ventilation, and PEG care.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our carer development centre, including training and education programs.
