Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Healthcare Support Workers. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work closely with our clients and their families to provide person-centered care that meets their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that promotes excellence in care delivery.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have a good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Have a valid enhanced DBS check and be willing to undergo regular background checks.
