Specialist Physician in Gastroenterology and Hepatology

We are currently recruiting for an Academic Consultant in Digestive Health to join our multidisciplinary team at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust. As a Specialist Physician in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative ways of delivering patient care and lead research projects in your area of expertise.
The successful candidate will take on-going responsibility for patients under their care, provide additional support for existing Gastroenterology services, and develop and establish subspecialty gastroenterology interests which may include hepatology. A higher qualification in education and experience of having supervised and supported research students are desirable.
