About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of building services and a proven track record in managing complex projects. A minimum HNC/HND in a building-related field is required, as well as a CSCS card or equivalent qualification. Additionally, a commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity is essential for this role.
