Job Description

Instore is a leading field marketing company that supports retailers across the UK. As a Senior Merchandiser, you will play a key role in executing routine audits and supporting the team to achieve targets and KPIs.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment, development, and retention of a team of dedicated Merchandisers and delivering annual refresher training as needed.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience in retail or field marketing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and make decisions under pressure
