Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our private practice on a self-employed basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced therapist to work with adults, children, and individuals with learning difficulties in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Requirements- A degree in Psychology or Counselling is desirable but not essential, as relevant experience is also considered.
- Registration with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), or National Counselling Society (NCS) is mandatory.
- You must have your own therapy premise for face-to-face counselling sessions.
- Experience working with diverse client groups, including adults, children, and individuals with learning difficulties, is essential.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding, risk management, and evidence-based interventions, including CBT and counselling skills, is required.
- DBS clearance is necessary.
The working hours are variable, including day shifts. The hourly pay is £45.00, reflecting the high level of expertise and experience expected from the successful candidate.
